With a career that bridges clinical expertise and commercial leadership, he brings unique insight into the integration of clinical expertise and business strategy, enabling organizations to achieve both clinical and operational excellence while driving sustainable growth.”

Clinically, Dr. Rosales is highly trained in Implant Dentistry, AOX, Oral Surgery, Endodontics, Cosmetic Dentistry, Clear Aligners, and advanced digital technologies, including guided surgery and navigation systems. He is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at Nova Southeastern University, and holds an MBA with a specialization in Marketing of Services for DSOs.

On the business side, Dr. Rosales has led high-performing teams and managed operations across North and South America, the Caribbean, Canada, Spain, and Portugal. His leadership experience spans clinical affairs, KOL management, education and training, sales and marketing, regulatory and medical affairs, product development, and strategic consulting for global medical device companies. He has successfully built and coached teams, with a focus on performance management, talent development, and organizational growth.

Dr. Rosales has been recognized for his professional excellence with numerous awards, including the Plaque of Honor from the American College of Dentists, Florida Section, and 1st Prize at the Miami Winter Table Clinics. He has also held key leadership positions since his academic years, serving as President of the Dental Student Association and University Welfare Representative.

Passionate about leadership, innovation, and education, Dr. Rosales continues to contribute to the advancement of dentistry through public speaking, mentoring, and consulting. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys international travel, sports, and maintaining a balanced, health-driven lifestyle.
